What counts as a bird toward my plan limit?

Every bird you add to your flocks in the app counts toward your plan's limit — hens, roosters, and young birds alike. If you outgrow your plan, upgrade anytime and keep all your records.

Is there a free trial?

Yes — your first month is free. Cancel any time before it ends and you won't be charged a cent.

Do I pay inside the app?

No. There are no in-app purchases and no ads. You subscribe on our website, then log in to the app with your email.

How do I log in?

Use the email address from your checkout. The app sends you a 6-digit code by email — enter it and you're in. No passwords to remember.

Can I switch plans or cancel?

Anytime. It's month-to-month with no contract — upgrade, downgrade, or cancel from your account page, or email chris@staffordhillfarms.com with the subject "Cancel Flock Steward." You keep full access until the end of your current paid period.

What happens to my farm data if I cancel?

Your records are kept for 90 days after cancellation so you can resubscribe and pick up right where you left off. Want it gone sooner? Email chris@staffordhillfarms.com with the subject "Delete my Flock Steward data" and we'll delete everything within 30 days.

Does it work on my phone?

Flock Steward runs in your phone's web browser — nothing to install, works on iPhone and Android. Native apps are coming soon.
